The removal of the all Senate confirmed U.S attorneys that are appointed during the Trump administration will now begin to transform by the Biden administration.

In the transition there will be two exceptions made. According to the Justice Department.

The process is set tonstart on Tuesday.

John Durham and David Weiss will be the only two to remain in place.

John Durham will be investigating the origins of the Russia probe as a special counsel appointed by Attorney General William Barr.

David Weiss the U.S attorney of Delaware will also be investigating the taxes.

Then president, Donald Trump has abruptly ordered then resignation of 46 U.S attorneys in 2017 who were from the Obama administration.

When Trump ordered the resignations, the Justice Department statement took the action “as was the case in prior transitions.”

Attorney General Janet Reno demanded the 93 resignations of all attorneys when the Clinton administration was over in 1993.
