Ashley Benson and G-Eazy have officially broken up. According to sources, after less than a year of them dating, the couple split. They were first rumored to begin dating last spring. And according to the source their relationship did not end on a positive note.
“It didn’t end well,” the source says.
However representatives of the Pretty Little Liars star and the Provide rapper have not commented on the breakup yet neither did the stars.
The breakup ‘rumors’ started when fans noticed that Benson does not follow the No Limit rapper on Instagram anymore, and that he has deleted his Instagram post of the 31st of December that was a birthday tribute to Benson.
“Happy birthday beautiful 🖤, @ashleybenson I love you to the moon & back.” – he had captioned the photo.
The rumors of the pair dating started back in May of 2020, when the two were spotted locking lips, just a few weeks after Ashley Benson split from model Cara Delevingne with whom she was together for two years.
Benson and G-Eazy were spotted several times in Los Angeles during the summer. And in June, when Ashley’s sister Shaylene got married, they attended the wedding together.
The rapper told reporters at the 2020 American Music Awards that he and girlfriend Benson had plans to spend Thanksgiving together in November.
The couple were not only romantically involved they also collaborated on music together.
On G-Eazy;s latest album Everything Strange Here, Benson had made a cameo and can also been heard on the “All the Things You’re Searching For” track. This is the second time that they have worked on music together during their relationship.
The first song that they collaborated on was when G-Eazy did a cover of Radiohead’s “Creep” song which he posted in April on his YouTube channel.
